The ground floor refurbishment was secured through a competitive tender process which involved remodelling the interior space with alterations to glass partitions and reception counter.
New floor coverings were laid along with a complete decoration and feature wall.
Following completion of the ground floor, refurbishment of the first and second floor offices were conducted to form separate suites to let. Again we included acoustic glazed offices, additional kitchenettes, floor, wall finishes new lighting data and access control.
The offices were occupied throughout the refurbishment works, with noisy disruptive works being completed outside of normal office hours.
